Great Jeans for Low Price August 28, 2010

After reading all the negative reviews for these jeans I knew buying them was a risk, however the risk turned out to be worth it for me. These jeans fit perfect! When I took them out of the package I was a little skeptical and I could see how other customers had said these jeans gave them a muffin top. These jeans fit my waist perfectly with no muffin top effect.I usually have a hard time finding jeans that fit because I have hips and thighs, but my waist is very small. So jeans will usually fit nice and snug around my hips, thighs, and butt, but will have a huge gap at the waistline. These jeans are also nice and tight around my legs like skinny jeans should be. And like other reviewers have said these are not Vanilla Star Jeans but Imperial Star. Personally, I could care less what brand something is as long as it fits good, looks good, and isn't going to fall apart or something when you wear it. I also was worried that these jeans might be smelly since reviewers for the other cheap pair of Imperial Star Jeans had said they received jeans with a horrible smell. The jeans I received have no smell whatsoever!
For me, these jeans turned out to be an amazing deal, but I wouldn't recommend these jeans to everyone. The company doesn't seem to understand that women come in many different shapes and their jeans don't seem to be built to flatter all the different body types.

I ordered these for the great price (and to push my order up to the free shipping level). However, I ended up returning them for a few reasons. First of all, I didn't like the fit. These skinny jeans were way too skinny for my tastes. Also, I was expecting Vanilla Star brand jeans, but I received Imperial Star brand jeans. My suggestion: look for jeans somewhere else, preferably in person or from a more reliable source.

Because of other reviews I bought 1 size larger and they fit perfectly. Unlike the picture they do have fading in the thigh area. Also, the aren't Vanilla Star but they're Imperial Star. I don't care what they're called though. I'm happy with them and the price is great.

I bought these because of the cheap price and I have a new found obsession with jeans after wearing skirts for about 3 years straight...
These were PERFECT. The fit is great, the coloring is great, and it is true to a skinny jean style...
They do run long, but I usually have to order "short" length jeans anyways, as I'm about 5'3" with 28" legs...(woe is me)
but a great purchase, cheap and they shipped VERY fast. Ordered on Thursday morning and recvd Friday afternoon with 2 day shipping option!
My new favorite pair of jeans :)
